To ensure the mechanical integrity of the progressive perforated sheet metal used in the Arnem Catura guardrail infill panel, our Design Office recommends optimizing the laser-cut galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 20/10ths to comply with the NF P 01-013 guardrail safety standard. Destructive testing was carried out using a bag under a dynamic load from a soft body with a diameter of 50 cm applying 600 joules, impacting the geometric center of the mashrabiya panel on the balustrade.
